Ready to ship

All items are ready to ship in 3 to 5 business days. However if you have bought a gong or singing bowl with intention and you would like to talk about the message and intention behind the instrument, we will ship your item after we have been in contact through phone or skype to talk about it. This way we can feel and open the instrument if necessary. Keep in mind that a conversation like that, where we open up the instrument can take around an hour.

We will send you a shipping confirmation, once we ship out your purchase.

 

Shipping time

Shipping time depends on where you live and are usually:

Within Europe: 3 to 5 days

To North America: 6 to 14 days

To rest of the world: 7 to 21 days

 

These are the usual shipping times (90% of the time), please keep in mind that items can be held in customs for any amount of time up to 4 weeks. If a package hasn't arrived within 6 weeks don't hesitate to contact us. All packages will be shipped with tracking and insurance.

 

Items will be shipped in (recycled = good for environment) boxes with tracking.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

If items are returned to us due to non pick-up after refusal of import tax, we must count this as an unauthorized return and we will be unable to refund in this case.
