We gladly accept exchanges and cancellations in our shop.

When returning an item, you will receive a credit voucher for our shop. 

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery after contacting us first.

Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase

Please contact us first before returning an item to get information on how to return the product. We are happy to discuss reason for return and we would like to see what we can do to help solve the problem. 

In case you bought an singing bowl and feel it is not the right bowl for you, we would really like to talk to see why the bowl choose you in the first place and if another bowl would suit you better. 

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All items must be returned with tracking and insurance. As soon as the item is returned to us, we will exchange your item for a credit voucher for our shop. Please keep in mind that packages can take up to 6 weeks with the postal service before they are returned.
